Very nice facility, competent and pleasant staff, and great attention to detail. The staff at Woody helped to make what can be an unpleasant experience for a family as pleasant as humanly possible. Angelyn, our director at Woody, was particularly helpful in facilitating the additional communication and work required to help me make arrangements from out of town to get our loved one transferred from out of state back home to Richmond. Thanks to her/their professionalism, when I arrived the day before services in Richmond, I was able to be confident that all the details and preparations were in place.
