Our family had a very good experience with Woody’s Funeral home on Parham Rd. We chose their chapel as the venue for our funeral/celebration of life and the staff was so respectful and responsive to our needs. They kept us on track during the planning and was able to offer assistance when we needed guidance, but were thoughtful about letting us make the final decisions. Their approach was professional, with no hidden costs or pressures- the qualities we all hope to find in a funeral home during our most vulnerable time of life.

Everyone was very helpful and showed great attention to detail for my father's visitation and service. They scheduled his military honors and talked us through each step of the process.

The service Woody's Funeral provided was excellent. The salesman Ben Lombardi was great explaining the different service options and staying within our budget. This was my very first time planning a funeral that required some detailed logistics planning. Our representative, Ms. Brooke O'Gara, helped us through the entire sad ordeal of transporting our dear friend from hospice to the funeral home and then on to another city two hours away. Brooke was so professional and courteous, but what impressed us the most was her compassion, patience and understanding of our pain. She understood we had a limited budget and went our of her way to make sure the service and funeral was carried with such dignity and sensitivity towards the family. Brooke arranged for a short viewing in another funeral home in the city our friend was being buried--free of charge! We had planned for a cemetery burial side service, there was no money to contract another funeral home, but the spouse wanted to see her husband one last time...Brooke's initiative made that happen. I could not leave that kind gesture out of this review, we did not even ask for that! Highly recommend this funeral home, you won't go wrong. Thanks Ben and Brooke!
