We recently had some family members who passed away and was taken care of by Jenkins!! None of our family members looked like themselves. The makeup was horrible. As high as this funeral home is, everything should be on point including the seating. Everyone left in pain because the seats were so hard! The Westend is really keeping this funeral home in business and we expect our loved ones to be taken care of!! We are very, very disappointed.

I want to thank Jason for helping me and our family when we lost our beloved sister, Bernie. He immediately recognized my challenges with ensuring that my sister had an excellent celebration of life. He had to deal with the additional challenge of assisting me with the coordination since I live in another state. The paperwork was straightforward, and the funeral home checklist he presented helped me with the preparations. Jason’s calm and sincere demeanor significantly eased the tough assignment of caring for my sister’s last wishes. What an awesome job from start to finish. Joseph Jenkins funeral home is where all my family will be. Jason Jenkins was the point of contact for handling my mom.
