BE AWARE !!! I had the most RACIST and terrible experience when I spoke to the owner Kim Wilson, he told me he can do business just with people that speaks English (after spoken with him for more than 3 minutes). Very unfortunate person to deal with. Zero tolerance and is super sad that this type of business are open around our Multi-Ethnic and multi nationalities community. Front desk girls Priscila and Nicky are gentle but what a shame of boss that they need to deal with . :(

I recently found myself in the unfortunate position of looking for a funeral home to handle the cremation of our loved one. I was under a time crunch because the hospital was pushing us to move quickly due to space issues and we were working from out of town. I called 2 other places and based on my initial conversation I picked Wilson Family. From the first call to the last it has been nothing but kindness and professionalism. I have mostly dealt with Nicole and Priscilla and they are both lovely women. They understand the time constraints, the emotions, the stress of the finances, all of it. They didn't try to up sell or make an issue of our choices. I felt like they really understood what I was saying when I spoke. My final invoice was what I was quoted the first day I called. Nicole can't make you feel better but she can make the process a little smoother.

Horrible experience when a loved one passed. The front desk girls are friendly and helpful, but the owner was disrespectful, insensitive and overall very unprofessional. A few months after my experience, a friend's family member passed, as she told me of similar unethical actions taken by the owner. PLEASE lay your loved ones to rest in better hands.
