My family used Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services for my mother. We worked with Lacee and she was great. We started with Lacee several months before my mother's passing and it was an easy process. Lacee laid out all the options for a burial without any pressure. On the day of my Mom's passing the transport service to take my Mom from the memory care center to Ponderosa was well organized and respectful of my mother. From there Lacee worked seamlessly with the church and the local cemetery over the next week. On the day of the funeral Lacee and her Ponderosa colleague coordinated a nice service at the church and then the procession to the cemetery. I would highly recommend working with Ponderosa and Lacee!!

Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services has been very compassionate throughout not only my Mom's recent passing, but my Dads back in 2018. They offered music to play for my parents before they were cremated. When they came to the house both times to get them, it was very professional & never once made us feel rushed to say our final goodbyes. As much as I hate for anyone to go through this devasting process, you can put your faith in Ponderosa for taking care of your loved one with the upmost respect.

We worked directly with Lacee Green on early arrangements for my mother who was on hospice at the time. The overall experience was outstanding. We left with all questions answered, and paperwork completed. She helped take care of all the arrangements and coordination with other parties to transfer her cremated remains to California. When the time came for my Mother's passing, Ponderosa Valley came to retrieve her body. This was performed respectfully; with time being provided at her care facility to share staff respects. I highly recommend working with Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services. Making preparations in advance really made the grieving process less complicated.
