This home has been absolutely wonderful. Even before our families loved one was in their care, or documents signed, Nicole went above and beyond to help us plan and facilitate our celebration of life for our loved one who would be laid to rest. She emailed, called and gave me her number if we needed anything over the weekend. She met with the family and was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and detailed all while being compassionate and caring while helping us make final arrangements. On the day of the service I had the pleasure of meeting Roy who was on duty that day to help with the service. Oh my goodness what a patient and wonderful man. He helped above and beyond, going far beyond just assisting. He made Isure the songs Mom had requested were played. He personally downloaded all songs and played them from his personal phone over the sound system. Very kind hearted, can’t say enough about his assistance!
