Funerals are always painful, and all one can hope for is compassion and understanding when going through the funeral process. This was the first time we worked with them, and we were more than happy with their service. Our uncle's time had come, and it was difficult for all of us, but Cristy Ann went above and beyond in helping us through this process. She was incredibly compassionate and took the time to understand our relationship with our uncle. She made sure every detail was covered, including driving us by our Uncle house on the way to the cemetery. She also made sure a military honor guard was there so he could be buried like all veterans should. We are forever grateful for the grace and professionalism she displayed throughout the process and highly recommend Louis Suburban Chapel.

Just had my 99 yr old grandma"s awake there and I must say they did a beautiful job preparing her. She looked lovely and they were very accommodating to our needs. Was very pleased with the service and staff.
