We are incredibly grateful to John at Manke Memorial for the care and compassion he showed when helping my dear friend lay her mother to rest last month. From the very first day, he stepped in and made what could have been an overwhelming process effortless and seamless for my Friend. John's professionalism and genuine kindness provided so much comfort during this difficult time for her, ensuring every detail was taken care of. We truly appreciate his support and the ease he brought to such a hard moment.

In such a difficult time, John was a tremendous help. He gave simple and straightforward advice, and went above and beyond helping us. He even provided us with a comprehensive checklist for other things we could be forgetting in such a tough time. From communication with the hospital to even reaching out to Medicare for financial support on our behalf, we found solace in Manke memorial when we did not find answers from other well known funeral homes in Paterson.

John and his staff were very accommodating and made our family feel welcomed and warm in a time of need. They held a beautiful service for my grandmother and assisted us with any needs we had without hesitation. During a time where things can be stressful, they made my mother and l feel a lot more stress-free. 10/10
