Ms.Retha is like family to us. She takes pride in what she does! She’s very professional, compassionate, understanding just all around great! l can truly say she did an amazing and phenomenal job sending my grandmother off to her next chapter in life. Everything was beautiful my Nana looked so beautiful.she would have loved every bit of it. Outstanding cannot begin to describe the experience that the Scillieri-Arnold team provided for our dear loved one and the grieving family. Mrs. Arnold and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that all needs were met and handled with care and organization. The professionalism displayed never wavered; from initial consultation through the days of service, there was never a moment where we were not heard and concerns/questions treated with priority - the attention to detail and was unmatched down to the custom floral arrangements (pics attached). During a time when situations can become unnerving and overwhelming, the entire staff was a calming and comforting force.
