Kind and caring - Bruce and his entire professional funeral staff made me and my family fell at peace during a really rough time. They were patient with all of us. The rooms were decorated so I felt calm and they were attentive to our every need. We have been using Riewerts for generations and they really care about the family and the community. I have attended several funerals in this home and they always know how to do it properly. The place is kept up to date, appropriate amount of parking, they prepare the body very well (weird to say but still important), and they are always friendly when you come in.

I was trying to handle my aunt's funeral from fl and since I had been in charge of her care for years I expected to handle her funeral as well, a pre-arrangement put someone else from my family as the person to talk to and this other person knew nothing about my aunt jean probably couldnt even remember the last time he saw her and I was pretty much cast aside, everything I suggested or asked had to pre-approved from the other family member I was shocked as to the way the owner of this company talked to me he was berating, obnoxious, condescending and he would not let me get in 2 words and it was his way or the highway. Their motto is "we treat everyone as a family member" well if thats the way they treat their family I dont want any part of it.
