The manner of professionalism from all the Lord & I Funeral Home staff was outstanding. One would expect for them to treat this as just “their job” but we were proven wrong from David, Carla, Yesenia and Ariana we were treated with the utmost respect, tremendous sympathy and empathy was shown. Other than bringing in our dad’s clothing we didn’t have to worry about anything else because they took care of all the other details that one doesn’t have the mental capacity to think of during this time of loss.
