On behalf of my entire family, I want to thank the staff at Virgil Wilson Mortuary for the sympathy and kindness in which our service was provided. The staff is very professional and kind and worked hard to ensure that all of ours needs were met. A special thanks to Luz for making our time of grief a comforting experience. Thank you so much to the owner who went out of his way to donate a couple of botanas for my family and share some kind words. The funeral home was the perfect choice for our loved one.

I was hesitant to write this review, as I usually avoid doing so, but after my experience with this funeral home, I feel the need to share. The staff was extremely rude and lacked empathy for our grieving family, making it clear through their attitude that they didn't want to be there. On the day of the viewing, they rushed us out 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the service. The following day, during the funeral, as family members lined up to say their final goodbyes before the transport to the cemetery, we were repeatedly told to collect our flowers. This happened three separate times, despite the line of people waiting to say their goodbyes. In an already painful time, their behavior made the experience feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. This sentiment is shared not only by me but by my entire family, who also expressed their disappointment with the funeral home due to the staff's behavior. I do not recommend this funeral home to anyone.

I would like to Thank Virgil Wilson Funeral Home for a great and personal experience on services for our mother! Brandy Rodriguez was the one supervising arrangements for the services of our loved one! Brandy and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family! Brandy was directed to talk to my sister or myself on arrangements and decisions! The staff were amazing with help on their kitchen for family members to utilize! On Monday we were allowed extra time to say goodbye to our mother due to having a large family! Having a large family.....not all would agree but being one of the policy holders I was most pleased with the service's at Virgil Wilson Funeral Home! Thank you very much from those family members that appreciated your services!
