Not professional at all. Staff is NO help when George is not around. My brother was laid to rest on the 22nd of June and we are STILL waiting for the death certificates which have been in their Possession for about 2 weeks now, daughter of deceased has driven from Attleboro to Mattapan to pick them up, only to be told some ridiculous story as to why the staff members were unable to give them to her. As many as 5 calls have been made to the establishment, messages left with the answering service only to receive NO PHONE CALLS BACK.. SO, how long is too long to wait for a death certificate paid for almost 2 months ago.. NO PROFESSIONSLISM AT ALL, except of course when your $$$$$..SMDH🤷🏿‍♀️

The worst of the worst....these people buried my son in the wrong plot and refused to pay for him to be put in the correct plot...because my son was buried in the wrong plot by George lopes, his headstone was not pit on the plot where he was buried and George lopes refused to pay to correct that error also..my 16 year old son was exhumed because of the funeral home mistake. Not once has the funeral.home apologized for their unforgivable mistake nor the nightmare that they have put my family through at the worst time on our lives.
