My family searched high and wide for days to find a funeral home for my father-in-law's unexpected passing. From the moment Tom answered the phone, I knew we found the right place. He was the first person to tell us he was sorry for our loss, and made us laugh instantly despite all of the pain we felt up until that point. When my aunt passed away, I only went to Russo Funeral home. It was my first time planning a funeral. Tom walked me through the process. He presented different cost options based on our budget. Tom is knowledgeable, professional, detailed and efficient. He's also easy to converse with during such a difficult time. Tom responded to all my calls and emails. I chose to see my aunt's body the day before the viewing at the church and words can't capture how touched and pleased I was. I also want to give kudos to Christine, another staff member.
