Thank you for doing such a great job with our service! I was so upset and tired, I kept making mistakes (obituary, etc)--but they checked and corrected it just in time. I probably asked the same questions over and over. They were so patient and kind about it. ❤️ There were sooo many other awesome things they did for us...and without even being asked.! They were genuinely watching our backs, thank goodness! I really needed that. During our very first meeting with Joseph, I couldn't even really talk, at all. I think I was in shock or something. ? I was in bad shape. We wouldn't have been able to get all of this done without Hankins and Whittington. Everything went beautifully. I knew they would since they took care of my Daddy, too--years ago. So I knew who to call for help! Highly recommend!--Neel family.

JOE is the best funeral director in life. He makes you feel like family and takes on much as he can I order to allow you to grieve. I thank you all an Mrs. HELEN is absolutely soothing 😌 ☺️... I appreciate those funeral home so much for helping me with my son's home going 💙.

Hankins and Whittington was very nice and polite throughout our whole experience. Morgan was very helpful in guiding us through the experience. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Joe was also very helpful the night of visitation and for the funeral. When we discovered a problem at the cemetery Joe stayed and made sure that it was corrected. We have used Hankins and Whittington services as long as I can remember and will continue to use them.
