Beginning with the transport of our loved one and the driver who met with me at the time to meeting with Jed Dolan and staff who guided me through the steps and choices available from preparation to church services. Every detail was made easy for me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. We had the greatest experience with Dolan Funeral Home when they performed our mother's funeral. They were very professional, helpful and patient with the whole process, this included the intake person, when I called to have my mum's body picked up, the person who called back to extend their condolences and provide us with the list services they provide, also the person who picked up our mum's body. He was very gentle and respectful with her body. Our funeral director, Christina was amazing. She took the time to patiently go through everything with me and my siblings. She explained the process and explained the different packages available. She also did a wonderful job of doing our mother's make-up. Our mum looked like her beautiful self.
