My family and I had a great experience during this very hard time for us. Alex III and Alex JR were extremely nice from the first moment that we spoke on the phone. They went out of their way to make every one of our accommodations possible. They were always available and never seemed bothered. They have a lovely children’s room that is great to keep the little ones entertained. They have a very nice set up with everything you need accessible including a television in the hall way were we put a slide show. During the service they checked on us a number of times, which felt very comforting. We were very pleased with all the work that Alex, his family and workers did for us. Everyone that came to our service commented on what a nice job they did with making our family member who passed look just as beautiful as they always did. We had an excellent experience and will highly recommend to everyone.

Going through the sudden loss of a family member was the most difficult time myself and my family had experienced. Being in such a sadden frame of mind you have to proceed even though you’re not fully knowing what exactly to do next. We called the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home and were immediately treated comfortably and professionally. We were met with a warm greeting by Alex Thomas III who walked us thru this sad time in our lives and answered each and every question we had, he was excellent. What also impressed me was that during the services members of the Thomas family who also worked for the funeral home would come up to us and introduce themselves and expressed their condolences and asked if we needed anything. They were very accommodating and everything was handled perfectly, we did not have to worry about anything which enabled us to be with our family. I highly recommend the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home.
