My grandmother’s body was picked up a few hours after we called, the planning of the arrangements was a smooth process, we were picked up on time and the service was handled with grace. The Wylie location in Baltimore County has been nothing short of amazing throughout this process for me and my family. They were patient, understanding and very informative each and every time I called them. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my family was comfortable and that we understood my mom would be in great hands. They exceed all of my expectations; the staff, their service and the home going service was nothing short of amazing. They did everything just as I asked. I wouldn't have made it through such a hard process without knowing Wylie's funeral home would give my mom the best care possible as we laid her to rest. Thank you so much.

Update: The limo did not pick me up. I had to call and they told me they would give a call back. In the time I waited, they were more than likely arranging a ride. It was about 45 minutes late. Some people are in the business of making money versus really caring about people. They made so many errors on our materials. They fixed it after the fact and brought corrected bookmarks after the funeral ended and everyone went home. Beyond this, people can tell when a business is in it to help people with profit of course versus in it just for profit. Money never outweighs love. I will be back with myself reasons soon.
