preplanned my mothers arrangements 10 months before she passed thinking this would make the process easier. No, when she passed I was met with insensitive price comparisons using cars to get my family and I to understand why there is a large difference in pricing at both locations. I also got a call the day before her viewing and was told, we need a payment by tomorrow. As well as wanting my mother to look a certain way and she did not. VERY disappointed!
