We just went through (going through) the loss of my wife's mother who has lived with us for the past 8 years and passed away 3 weeks ago. Not being from Pensacola we didn't know who to call when she passed and who to use for the cremation, and arrangements. Having been through many funerals in the past (Mississippi and California), I knew arrangements could be a daunting task. A friend suggested we call Rick at Waters & Hibbert. I have to say that we have never felt more taken care of than with Rick and Chris. My wife commented several times at how amazing and caring they were in dealing with us during such an emotional time. They went above and beyond what is normally expected from a funeral home. We are taking my mother-in-law's ashes back to Washington state for burial next to her late husband in two days. Rick and Chris provided EVERYTHING and even provided things we had forgotten. Extremely reasonable financially and their service, care and compassion make the expense seem like we didn't pay enough. I cannot recommend Rick and Chris at Waters & Hibbert enough. If we could give 10 stars we would.

This funeral home is amazing. There are no words that can show my gratitude to Rick an Chris for there above an beyond help they provided when my husband passed away. When I called to check out this facility, Rick answered an we spoke about different options then he said to me, "don't worry when the time comes, here is my personal phone number I answer 24 hrs a day seven days a week, We can take care of everything" When the darkest moments of your life happen, I simple said call this number. Rick was true to his word an immediately took care of everything. The next day, I went into the facility, Rick greeted me an asked me a simple question. "What do you want for a service?" Not we have a program to sell you or you must do this, but what do you want. When I told him what I wanted, he magnificently accomplished everything plus. I had brought a bunch of pictures I had just grabbed an Chris sweetly said let me take care of this for you an made an awesome memorial video with them. I felt like God brought these individuals an business into my life to help me though this awful time. They treated me as if I was a part of their family. Everything I requested was accomplished an exceeded my expectations. This was not an easy task as it involved military services, security on base, strategic organization an precise timing. They were outstanding, taking care of every detail I requested with such professionalism. There are no words of praise or gratitude that would equate to how much I appreciate Waters & Hibbert. The attention to detail really highlighted my father's life and career.
