Lisa was so wonderful during this difficult time. She was very professional, efficient, reliable, helpful and kind. I hope to never have to go through this again, but if I do, I will use Warren-McElwain again, hands down!

They treated my mom with the utmost respect. I felt like they genuinely cared about what was happening and what I was going through. Making it a smooth and peaceful process. I learned that you don’t need a certified death certificate for every thing you need to do if you are the one closing out an estate. I would suggest ordering just 1 or 2 certified death certificates and waiting to be told that an original certified version is necessary. They are $20 a piece. Anyway, floral arrangements were beautiful. My mom would have been delighted to see them. She was well taken care of by Warren McElwain. Thank you guys.
