When my father passed, Rumsey-Yost was recommended to us by my father's pastor because they have experience working with the military. My father was a veteran and wanted to be intermed at Ft. Leavenworth national cemetery. They worked directly with my father's church and the military and the result was a beautiful, organized and stress-free visitation, funeral and military interment. Cassie Koffman worked directly with my siblings and me on our wishes for my father's funeral. Four siblings were there making decisions. It must have been like herding cats, and Cassie did it beautifully! They were straight forward and there were no surprises on cost. What was a surprise was how absolutely supportive they were. I hit a pothole and broke down due to the construction. I was unable to utilize a restroom at any of the business near and decided to check with the funeral home and they were so kind! They let me use the restroom and I got a chance to see how clean and nice the place is!

Matt and his staff at Rumsey-Yost are true professionals. They did a great job with presentations, viewing, two services and transportation of my mom. We did compromise on few things which helped bring our costs down but still gave my dad peace of mind that he fulfilled my moms last wishes. I would highly recommend them too anyone!
