During the planning of my dad's funeral, the staff at Warren-McElwain were very helpful. Every one of the staff I had contact with during the planning and at the funeral itself was helpful, professional and caring. Lisa Manley went over and above her job duties in helping our family during a difficult time. I know we will be using them for our future needs.

We cannot give enough praise to all of the staff, especially to Lisa. Everyone was so nice and not pushy. They listened to our requests and exceeded our expectations. They gave their honest helpful opinion and made our task of creating our last moments with my father and my Mom's husband of 55 years very beautiful and stress free. This was very much appreciated by our family! Thank you so much !!

I stayed for the closing of my mother's casket and they didn't cover her face ECT before closing of the casket. Slammed the casket shut loudly. I had ask for the ribbon I bought for the rose's I wanted left in the casket with my mother I was told No very rudely by guy who closed the casket. I asked to stay for the lowering of my mother's casket and again same man said no we don't do that. I bought over$300.00 of flowers for my mom and the flowers for a memorial for her grave were not left on the grave site. I still have nightmares 😭 from not getting to stay with my mother as she was lowered. And never getting to see her beautiful red roses her favorite left on her grave site full filling a promise to Mom from me I have never been treated so rudely by any funeral person ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
