If I could give this place zero stars I would. We have been trying to get a title name change for 5 months and we still haven’t been able to get it. They are so lost. If you are here for a family member I am sorry and good luck. If you are here to set yourself up make sure to pack a sleeping bag and pillow because this may be it.

Did not like the way the lady help me this time out of all the times I have gone there also she told me I had to take my mom so she can sign documents. She did not sign not one of the documents because she was the owner of the property when she wanted me to sign she didn’t even want to read me the documents that I was signing and did not explain to me what they’re where about until I told her to explain to me She was just trying to put my initials on the computer without me even knowing what I was going to sign. she just wanted me to put the initials. The first time and the second time when I went to talk to her, I told her that where my dad is buried, it needs dirt because it’s a big hole there so when they’re going to put the stone for my dad it’s not gonna be leveled she told me she has spoken to somebody. I have gone like three times already and she have not put any dirt for my dad. I have spoken to the lady in the front desk. She made an invoice and help me out she put in the invoice that they were going to put dirt and grass. The maintenance people only put grass did not level The ground with dirt so he can be ready when they’re going to install the stone only the lady in the front desk was very respectful and also very helpful. The other lady I believe her name is Lupita was never helpful at the moment. The two times I have been with her.

I just want to say thank you for helping us put our father, grandfather & great grandfather to rest… Staff was very helpful and attentive to our family’s needs I appreciate everything they did for us.. thank you from the familia Osornio… god bless.
