Terrell Broady is a family owned business that really treats you like family as well. Planning a funeral is such a challenging and exhausting experience but Terrell Broady really streamlines the process with all services in house (floral, obituaries, etc.) We are thankful for them!

The handling of my late son's memorial service by Terrell Broady was deeply distressing. The lack of communication from his staff added to our family's distress. I was not given the opportunity to view my son's body or the program before the public viewing. The presentation of my son's body on plastic was extremely upsetting. The hastily assembled slideshow, accompanied by a single song throughout the service, was of poor quality. Furthermore, the inclusion of an inappropriate picture in the obituary, which we were not allowed to review before distribution, was unacceptable. This experience was a source of great distress during an already difficult time. I would not recommend their services to anyone wishing to honor a loved one. Terrell Broady also has disciplinary flags on his license, in case anyone is curious ;)

Mr. Broady, TJ and the whole staff including the drivers are top notch professionals. They did an amazing job with my mother in law. The made the whole process as simple as possible. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Nashville area. Would rate their services a 10 if had the option.
