I originally choice Majestic Mortuary because a family member worked there but, after my experience, I would choose them for their professionalism, good communication, concern and respect for the deceased as well as their family. Their referrals for flower and keepsakes did and outstanding job and I was well pleased. Mrs. Carla and Mr. David were extremely professional, made me feel comfortable and assisted in making the best choices for my loved one's farwell. Thank you for making this process effortless and being a support during a vulnerable time. I was very satisfied with the results of the day and thankful to have a team working with me to make my loved one's final day beautiful and respectful. I would recommended Majestic Mortuary to my family and friends because in difficult times you need reliable caring support. Thank You and God Bless!

Do not, I repeat do not use this place. No business ethics and the poor customer service. I went to Majestic Mortuary on February 5 to pay for a cremation and ordered death certificates. I am from out of state and told the staff member I would be back in town for a three-day weekend in a couple of weeks. She said I could pick up the ashes and death certificates at that time. We arrived at Majestic to find they were closed. When called the staff member we had dealt with and she was out of town. We had to stay over on Monday to pick up the ashes. She did not have the death certificates but said she would have the next day by noon and would send them over night and send us the tracking number. We never heard from her or received the certificates. When we called she did not return our phone calls. We finally spoke with someone else who apologized and said they had not received the certificates. We finally received a text from the staff member 16 days later to say she had sent the certificates. Seven days later we still don't have the certificates and when I went to the post office I was told they had been sent back to Majestic because of incorrect address. When I spoke with the staff member she informed me that she was not able to send next day because of a problem with the address. She had TWO phone number to contact us but didn't bother to call and sent the package to the incorrect address. So we are incurring expenses of utilities we can't disconnect, stop any automatic withdrawals and can't file anything with the court because we don't have a copy of the death certificate. Again, do not use Majestic Mortuary.
