This place has taken 3 weeks !!! Yes 3 weeks to cremate my sons body. I never received a single update about anything from anyone at the home. I had to call and harass them to get answers. The director offered the service at no charge. I said I would be by to pick his remains up this weekend and now they’re not answering the phones and th director hasn’t responded to my texts !!! I’m so so mad this place is even open. We trust them with our loved ones remains and this is how we get treated. I just want to put my baby to rest !

We have used this place several times. The owner is very compassionate. They have answered all our questions. He really took care of my parents . I feel they care more about people than making money.
