I would not recommend them to anyone. We had a traumatic experience at the burial site of our loved one as the casket didn’t fit into the vault, both of which were ordered through Lewis & Wright as part of their funeral services. Each time they attempted to lower it, the top of the casket would begin to lift more and more. This became very overwhelming and eventually it was suggested we should go and they would send videos to ensure the casket got into the vault and then grave. A trusted family friend remained at the gravesite to ensure this happened. We never received a follow up call or apology or explanation from the funeral home. When we called the owner to understand what happened and explain how traumatizing the experience was. He never apologized. It wasn’t until we called the various other parties involved in the burial that we found out the funeral home put our loved one in an oversized casket (despite them not being oversized) but purchased a regular sized vault the night before the funeral. Once they learned we knew this information and were upset, one of the funeral directors called to apologize and acknowledge he knew at the gravesite that the casket may not fit and had both measured onsite. Given their knowledge we should have received an apology much earlier in the process. The loss of a loved one is never easy. I suggest using a funeral home that actually has care and compassion. You won’t find this at Lewis and Wright.
