Having had a loved one pass away recently, we were glad we chose shaudt's funeral service. They did such a wonderful job with the body, she appeared so alive at the viewing. And they were incredibly courteous and caring and went out of their way to be helpful and understanding during this difficult time for the family. Plus the prices were very affordable. They definitely deserve the five stars and I would definitely recommend them.

I am a hospice nurse and often refer to Schaudt’s as one of the best that I’ve ever worked with. Recently experiencing a very traumatic loss of a loved one yet having no control over who their immediate family chose to provide service was extremely difficult since I had knowledge and work in the field of helping families choose their funeral home. I spent the next 24 hours after losing my loved one worrying about who would be chosen to care for him, knowing with all of my heart that I Only wanted Schaudt’s to care for him. Finally, the post came out to Family to announce the services for my loved one and to my hearts relief he was in the care of Schaudt's funeral home! My loved ones family chose based on reviews and only wanted the best! My heart and my mind had some peace in the midst of overwhelming sadness over a tragic loss of someone so close to me as I knew he would be treated with nothing but dignity and respect. I know it’s not good to say this place is AMAZING, despite the occurrence, but Jennifer with Schaudt's is a super helpful and kind person. I had a complete turnaround in my life when my dad passed away and had absolutely no idea how to handle the situation. Not because I’m dumb, but because it was so unexpected. However, Jennifer is the absolute best. She took very good care of my family and I, and was super flexible in any circumstances I had. A unexpected death is never planned. But with the support and guidance with Jennifer, I knew my dad was in the absolute best hands. I am very thankful I found Schaudt's with such an unexpected short notice, but I definitely don’t regret.!!
