I’m really confused when I see some of these past ratings. I’ve had 3 family members and numerous friends that Mr Gary Kelley has taken care of at his facility in the last five years. His staff has went above and beyond to take care of my family/friends and I’ve never had a problem, not even once! His staff has never treated me with any disrespect and they’ve always greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Death is hard enough and emotions are all over the place but grinding your axe here is NOT the place. Oh and Mr Thomas Kelley just took my mother to a rural cemetery last month in Arkansas per my request and done a superior job of making sure she was laid to rest. When I die I’m requesting that Mr Gary Kelley’s staff handles my burial needs. Respect goes both ways!!!!

Do not use this place! My sister PREPAID for her husband funeral arrangements and when we went to make the arrangements Tina at the front desk was a straight up HATEFUL and RUDE, and the old man would not even talk to my sister about the funeral and only let her STEPSON tell what HE wanted. (He did not pay for anything but the taxes) the man was extremely hateful to my sister and never even offered his condolences! I have NEVER seen anyone be so mean and rude. He even YELLED at her. I think he should be fired for how awful he treated her. Even when we called back about when to pick up the ashes the Tina witch said she sent them to the son and both death certificates too. She then proceeded to say my sister can not have a death certificate for her husband, which is a lie! A wife can get one through the Oklahoma death certificate office! So do not expect much sympathy from these MONSTERS 👺 CHEAP and disgusting is what their personality is also! I’d check around for a considerate funeral service even if I hade to pay more. The devil 👿 lives in their heart at this place! Btw a 1star is more than they deserve they need a MINUS 5
