Not a well organized business. Critical aspects were missed, forgotten, or avoided. Everything is 3rd party contracted with no 'hub of the wheel' to ensure execution. Certainly, no "exquisite service" as this place advertises, to say the least. No apology or partial reimbursement. Made the funeral day memorable for all the WRONG reasons. Save your time and money. Not recommended!

Absolutely horrible! Do not recommend! I question whether they even have a funeral director. We never saw him, never spoke to him. We were left to deal with the owner, a well-dressed con-artist who is past his prime. Several glaring details were missed. We found out in the worst way possible. They knew ahead of time and didn’t tell us. Service was far from “exquisite” and downright hostile at times. No accountability. No apology. I do not recommend this place at all! Save yourself frustration, aggravation, and disappointment. Go elsewhere.

Let me start my review with one word - PROFESSIONAL! Second word - EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Mr. Hollifield and staff for the exceptional service of my nephew Timothy. The funeral home is truly a competitor of the business. Clients/families do not understand the mortuary is a hidden treasure. They dressed Timothy impeccably; he looks as though he was sleeping. I worked with Immanuel to complete the program and I am a very meticulous person. He ensured every i was dotted and every t crossed. Mr. Hollifield was very patient with my sister grieving her son. He took the time to talk, counsel and console her and my family. HOLLIFIELD definitely has my business and I have a very large family. Using their services, you will not be unsatisfied.
