I had to fly to Oklahoma from California to handle my brother's affairs when he passed, and had no idea what the area was like, or where to even start. Floral Haven was the one place in my list of Google searches that called me back after asking about their services, to see how they could best provide what I needed (a huge thank you to Steven, the gentleman who called me back). They even had an opening for me to come in for a contract meeting the same day as our initial phone call! My assigned funeral director was Jonathan, who was incredibly kind and respectful, and he helped my mother and I with our contracts. Jonathan was my main point of contact for Floral Haven, and each interaction I had with him, whether it was a meeting, or a quick phone call about a question I had, was a pleasant experience. The crematory operator, Keith, was very understanding and compassionate, and let me be as present and involved in my brother's cremation as I saw fit. I felt like I was able to comfortably do everything I needed for my brother at Floral Haven. They even sorted the ashes into our urns and keepsakes, and mailed my brother's death certificates to my mother and I after we returned to California. I truly cannot express my gratitude to Floral Haven and the help they have provided me and my family. I will always think fondly of my experiences with Floral Haven.

We recently lost my grandmother, and Lada from Floral Haven was an absolute blessing, just as she has been for our family in the past. She has helped us with multiple funerals, and each time her care, compassion, and attention to detail have been outstanding!! Lada goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with respect and professionalism, and her genuine kindness during such emotional times has truly made a difference. We are so grateful for her support and highly recommend her. Can’t thank her enough for being there for us in this tough time.

Chelsea Evans was a funeral director, and I must say that this is one of those things where, although death is a part of life — what goes up must come down — no one wants to go through it. I happened to be unfortunate enough to have to bury my baby, and even more unfortunate that it was my second baby. When I say this is something I had no idea where to start or what to do first, I truly mean it. Chelsea Evans not only led us and guided us in the right direction from the very beginning, but for this experience that she has given my family and me, I will be forever grateful. She was not just someone who helped us professionally; she became someone very important and loved by us all while maintaining her professionalism throughout the entire process. Although we decided to transfer our baby to a family cemetery, as it was very important to me to have her with her sister, Chelsea treated us with the same respect and care, not differentiating us because we chose to do the burial elsewhere.
