Director Marc Gonzales and his entire staff was exceptionally receptive and compassionate to my family and all my Mothers’ mourners. Marc was incredibly attentive and caring. Thank you Marc Gonzalez and your staff for the wonderful caring and compassionate way you all took care of our uncle and my aunt during her most challenging and sadness time in her life. My fathers's death in December was sudden unexpected. This unforeseen event was the unimaginable to our family. Fortunately, we were under the care of the staff at Rivera Funeral Home. During our time of grief, we were treated like family. Marc Gonzalez expressed compassion, kindness, and empathy towards us throughout the planning. In addition, Marc went beyond his call of duty by conducting an unforgettable sweet gesture to my father and the family as we said our final farewell. I'm sure my father was smiling from up above.
