My coworker and I purchased a peace lily for our coworker who lost a family member. Specific instructions were given to the florist to pass on to PK Miller. Sadly, my coworker did not receive the flower after the service. After finding this out, I called the funeral home in which Mrs. J. Miller responded defensively when I inquired about the peace lily and whom it was that I should speak with about the funeral service. Not only were there special instructions but in the card, it had my coworker’s name. Mrs. Miller went on to tell me that they don’t read the cards when the florist drops off the arrangements. If that is the case then how do you know that you’re not giving an arrangement for Billy to Karyn? Makes no sense. She had an attitude because I was making an inquiry about a flower that I purchased that didn’t go to the correct person. She told me that I needed to call the florist, no ma’am, the florist did their part. You all failed, It was on you all to place the flower where it belonged and not give it to whomever you wanted to. You do that with your money, not someone else’s. I would say that if you want a flower to go to someone then don’t rely on PK Miller to put it in their hands.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called multiple times to try and schedule services. I was hung up each time. The last time I called all I heard was a TV in the background and when a man finally said "hello" he hung up on me as soon as I said something. Very unprofessional. Planning a funeral is hard on loved ones and they made me feel like they don't care at all. They don't even answer the phone professionally, just hello after a long silence. We will take our money elsewhere and do business with a company that at least acts like they care about the families they service.
