I'm extremely impressed and happy that I purchased an urn for my father with Kreidler. I did not have the best experience at another funeral home where I decided to carryout my father's viewing. They treat you with respect and compassion and I'm extremely grateful. From beginning to end you don't ask what or when, Kreidler is there every step of the way.

We just had services for my mother-in-law this past weekend. Kreidler had been recommended to us by a family member. I called prior to her impending death to get information on how we would proceed in this Covid-19 era. Mr. Kreidler answered the phone and walked me through the guidelines and limitations about gatherings and provided many options and suggestions on how we could accomplish a dignified service. Last week after her death we called and Mr. Kreidler again answered and was so compassionate and helpful. My sisters-in-laws went over to see him later in the afternoon and remarked that he treated them like family. I have seen the other review from below, I can't even imagine that we are talking about the same place. I didn't get the other employees names but everyone there was very polite and accommodating. During the services we knew they were there, but they were near the offices and they were just standing by ready to assist. Everything was beyond perfect and they were so professional and compassionate. He answered every call in the days before the services, and there were many. They delivered all the plants to the house immediately following the services. We returned to our home and had already received a note of condolences from Mr. Kreidler in the mail. This was not my first funeral to plan and I can say that this was by far the easiest and most compassionate. If you are in McAllen or any other city in the Valley, you won't regret letting them take care of your loved one.
