This cremation center was very efficient and their customer service is outstanding! I live 45 min away and Adrienne personally delivered the urn I purchased for my dad’s memorial service so that I’d have it in time. She and James walked me through every step of the cremation process and the costs and everything in between. She spoke with me like she’d known me for years and made me feel supported through the loss of my father. She and James are very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Very well organized and responsive. Helpful and considerate when needed, also informative and knowledgeable. No unnecessary delays, the process is very well handled. We are unfortunate to be repeat customers, but we are extremely fortunate to have this family to rely on when needed.

I love the staff! I mainly worked with Jessica everyone was very compassionate and treated me like a friend I could depend on. My mother passed during a hurricane so things were crazy with power outages. We are from out of town but we're able to do everything over phone and email. This was a extremely hard time for us and they made things very easy so thankful for them.
