During the planning and preparations, we worked closely with Hayden. She was kind and demonstrated genuine concern. I felt like she cared about my husband, Carlton. She set the right expectations by clearly articulating the process, options, and cost. Finally, Hayden was quite accommodating and helped with resources and guidance up to the day of the service. On the day of service, a Saturday, Ellie was our funeral coordinator. Ellie was confident and comforting. She anticipated our needs and supported us. Ellie made sure that the funeral process went smoothly and, with grace and compassion, she quietly and effectively diffused disruptive situations. She never wavered in her composure, regardless of other’s demeanor. I am most appreciative of Ellie’s calm in the midst of a brewing storm. Well done!

Our family was overwhelmed by the compassion and complete understanding of all the staff with Brookside Funeral Home Champions. Ms Ellie, Hayden, Betty and all of the staff took care of every detail with great care during this devasting tragic passing of our mother Ramona Meadors. Everyone took time with us to ensure that we were doing ok and helped us thru each step. The funeral services was in the beautiful chapel. All was good, decent and orderly. This was a tough time for my family losing my mom and Elly and her staff made it so much easier for us to go through. I would highly recommend Elly and her staff they are very professional and make things easier to go through!!!! I truly consider Elly an angel that took amazing care of my mom!!!!!
