Cypress Creek Funeral Home not only took wonderful care of our mother but took wonderful care of our entire family throughout this process during a very difficult time in our lives. This is a family-owned business, and it's clear with how they treat their clientele that family is important to them, which we loved. Having visited a few funeral homes during our search, Cypress Creek felt like a warm home and NOT a sterile, cheesy funeral home as we had seen in others. Cost-wise, they were extremely competitive and reasonable. We liked how they had packages that included a lot, vs other places that "nickel and dimed" you for everything. Our first interaction was with Cesar who was wonderful. He was flexible, patient, informative, and extremely helpful. He even answered various text messages when we thought of questions we forgot to ask. We were then introduced to Sandy, who was also amazing, kind, patient, and did a wonderful job making our mother look like our mother. This was a fear of ours having seen other family members not look like themselves after going through the process. Lastly, we met Robert, the owner, who was also kind, caring and very helpful. The entire family was there for the day of the funeral and did a wonderful job with everything. Bottom line, if you're looking for a caring funeral home to take good care of your loved one, Cypress Creek Funeral Home is the place. My entire family was impressed with how they handled everything.
