After using for several family members went for a friend's and what a change for the worse!!. NO wheelchair access was not communicate to family many viewers could NOT see loved one 3 staff all in office with not one showing any empathy for those who had to leave due to inability to go up stairs. Staff poorly dressed, seems change of staff at facility has only ruined services. have no intention of using for my family ever again after using for over 30 years.

I would personally like to highlight how grateful the Francis family is to Ponce Funeral home. We had the pleasure working with Miss Dorothy. She went the extra mile and went above and beyond. She surplus our expectations. I didn't feel overwhelm asking so many questions. They made me feel comfortable asking as many questions I had and definitely guide me all the step of the way. Our family had previously had a date in mind, however was told that date wasn't available. Miss Dorothy made a few calls and ensure that she could fulfill our expectations. On the date of the viewing. WiFi passwords were shared and we were able to connect to the speakers so we could give my sister a proper send off. The facility was very clean. My sister make up was very perfect I loved it. Although our time had passed for us to leave the premises we were never rushed to get out. Thank you so much Ponce for a remarkable bitter sweet moment. Ponce Funeral, took care of my uncle Rene, service on March 10th and I have no words for how beautiful everything came out for his service. All the staff are amazing they go on and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and running smoothly. I want to say special thanks to David and Dorothy, for everything they do for my family! Ponce Funeral Home is one of those funeral homes that you will always go back to because even though you are grieving they treat you like family and make you understand the process of everything.
