I would like to thank everyone at Heritage Memorial Chapel, who helped make my husband’s home going memorial service a success. Nafar, my family and I would like to thank you for helping us put together a beautiful service with only 48hrs notice. Nafar was very patient, sympathetic, and understanding through this difficult process. He worked with my family and I to lay my husband Adam to rest on 11/18/23. I would like to also thank Collin for granting my 18yr old daughter’s last wishes in wanting to spend her last moments with her father braiding his hair. We never felt rushed, he provided all the tools to make the process less traumatic for her. He also provided a wonderful music selection. I would like to also thank Karen who oversaw the paperwork process. She did an amazing job. When we needed a few more obituaries printed out, without hesitation Karen was more than willing to provide anything we needed. All the staff at Heritage Memorial Chapel were wonderful. I felt more like a family member and very welcomed. I recommend Heritage Memorial to anyone in need of a funeral service. Unfortunately my husband was uninsured, and everyone worked with my family and I to make his sudden passing a smooth process.

Nafar showed compassion, went beyond, and was accommodating towards my family and I during this sensitive time, resulting in a beautiful service for My Father. My family and I were very pleased with the service provided and received a lot of great feedback, the set up, ambiance, aroma, spacing, slideshow etc. Unfortunately, two weeks later there was another passing and without a doubt Heritage Memorial Chapel was chosen and again him and his team was able to provide a beautiful funeral service. We are delighted that we chose Heritage Memorial Chapel and again want to say Thank You!
