As always John's funeral home staff over exceeded my family and my expectations so professional and also attentive to my family needs,with my late and very great dad Thomas jr.My dad couldn't have looked more than if he was sleep ,he looked so natural just like himself. As always myself and my will continue to use John's funeral home in the future hopefully no time soon,thank GOD is certain but not to be fear it.I always and will continue to promote and support and spread the word about a great funeral home and the entire staff was amazing. I can't remember all of the names or the spellings so forgive me but the entire staff who worked on my late dad Thomas Jr.they made me and my family feel welcome they showed so much compassion.Mr.Prophet as always amazing and very professional always shows affection and loving and spiritual guidance and always attentive to his clients needs we have been here with Mr.prophet for over 25 years and his professional has always been the same amazing great leader and his heart is so big and great at what he does Victor the driver was great so he a cool driver took care of us picked us up made us feel welcome he made my family feel safe and communicated with us we didn't feel estranged riding with him As always John's funeral n staff continue to amaze me and my family and friends every time. We thank and appreciate you all.Down threw the 25 years we use the staff on all my family members below and a few more I didn't list but u get the idea .

This funeral home has been used for 4 of my family members. It's been a good experience each time with no real problems. They have I believe 2 rooms to view your loved one's. The location is not the best but also not the worst. So I'll stay neutral on the neighborhood. They have a small parking lot but it not always offered, I believe it's due to the small size. My main reason for giving four stars rating and not five, that's due to the decor of the furniture, curtains and rug. I believe it needs an update to give it more of a life.

My first time doing this (having to bury someone). My mom passed away at home. Juan John’s funeral came that same night to take her. They were very gentle and sympathetic. The next morning we went to do the paperwork. They spoke very nicely, schooled us on what needed to be done. Everyone was amazing including the driver to the hurst. She made sure all the cars, including the family was together. Amazing experience.
