Excellent service during a very hard and unexpected time. Julian was courteous, compassionate, and assisted me with everything I needed to do when my father passed. He was available to assist late at night when I was notified, and promptly met with me the following day to make the necessary arrangements. I also appreciated the kindness of all of the staff who assisted my sisters and I that week. Thank you so much

I can’t speak highly enough of the first class treatment we received during the worst moment of our life. From the moment we called, to sitting down with Cedric, to the use of the funeral home for our celebration of life - everything was done with kindness, sympathy and compassion. The staff was always available to answer the phone when we had questions. The facility is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. When a moment in life requires this service, Palms West Funeral Home is easily the most beautiful place and has the nicest people to help you through the process.

I’m not that computer savvy so I didn’t even have one when they past. That’s why I didn’t enter a review at the time of my mom’s passing in 2006 nor when my dad passed in 2013. It was an incredibly hard time for me because I was so attached to my parents. But as you can see that 7 years after my mom’s passing I went right back to Palms West Funeral Home. Mr. Julian Almeida one of the Directors assisted me both times. He was very helpful and compassionate in guiding me through all the plans that I wanted for their viewing and then selection of Urns for their cremations. But the one person that really captured my heart was his daughter Jennie Almeida Adair she is the mortician that handled both of my parents in such a loving and caring manner. Especially when it came to my mom. Sadly she suffered a massive stroke and it was said that after passing she slipped under the water in the jacuzzi. Where she was found maybe an hour later or so later. Needless to say she was disfigured do to the water, but Jennie did not give up. She spent timeless hours with my mom till she was able to restore her back to her beautiful and lovable face. There are no words that can explain my enormous gratitude I have towards her. It was due to her professional expertise that I was able to have an open casket for my mom’s viewing for family and friends. My deepest and most sincere thanks to all the staff at this establishment and my apologies for taking so long to post this review. I finally have and am learning how to use my computer.
