I have not only had a good experience once, I've received a wonderful experience with my grandmother in law, mother, mother in law, father in law, and niece but also other close friends and coworkers. James is one of the nicest guys I know. He was absolutely helpful with my mother in laws passing. She was from a different country and he knew everything needed for the paperwork and cremation. He was able to allow payment in increments over a couple weeks which really helped me and my family out financially. This was an extremely hard time for my family but James made us feel like we were part of their family. I've never met someone so professional, so soft spoken and endearing than James and that says alot about this funeral home. We had options and everything was direct and upfront with no issues. From the time I walked in their door to this very moment; I am highly please with the outstanding professional service that Chism's staff provided our family. They genuinely addressed every concern that we had and made every effort to appease those requests to our desire.
