Our parents had set up death arrangements with Quattlebaum many years ago when they lived down in West Palm Beach. My Dad passed away on the 20th of November and we contacted them based on their policies. From the start, Doug, the funeral director was very professional and compassionate. He explained the entire process to us and helped guide us through step by step, answering any questions along the way. He is a gem and I am so glad we had him to handle my Dad’s remains and set up his service and all the details that come with this. Also, Paula was very kind and compassionate. She helped us put together the prayer cards we ordered to give to loved ones. My only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of a person named Lynn that would sometimes answer the phone when we called. This woman is very rude and callous. She acts as though you are bothering her when you call and is very short with you. This was very hurtful for my sister the couple of times she called and Lynn answered. Does she not know the industry she is employed in? Overall, we would recommend Quattlebaum to others in their time if need when they experienced a loss of a loved one, but, as long as Lynn is there they won’t get 5 stars from me. We will use them again when my mother passes hopefully many years from now.

Quattlebaum was exceptional. Our experience began with Tracy, whose gentle, gracious manner during our pre-planning meeting helped ease the difficulty of making these decisions and each choice we made was reviewed for price and explained thoroughly. Kim was outstanding. Her respectful, compassionate demeanor put our grieving hearts at ease. We knew our mom would be cared for, but that we would be as well. The dignity with which she treated us as we mourned reassured us chose well.

The Quattlebaum team really helped see me through one of the most tragic and difficult events I will ever face. Michael D. Lic FD was exceptionally warm and caring. He made a hugely positive impact on me and really helped create a great memorial for my father.
