Their error has caused her to not get her tax return money and her Social security has been messed up for 4 months now. Shes an 84 year old grieving widow who has health problems, she asked them to correct it and they could care less. If they treat the living this disrespectfully I'm concerned with how my Fathers remains were handed!

Then we finally get to talk to the funeral director and we were a bit anxious. What do you know? Shelly, the funeral director, and David made us feel at ease. We sat down with them and they were compassionate and helpful. They were sympathetic to us. I was still a bit skeptic because of the reviews. Simply put, they were amazing. We are so happy the hospice called New Tacoma Cemetery. I did bring up the bad reviews with Shelly and she explained they are now under new management. If you are reading this, you will not regret choosing New Tacoma Cemetery. Shelly will take care of your loved ones as she did our baby Rion. Give them a chance. My sister lost her baby and gained a new friend in Shelly. Shelly was respectful, compassionate and so willing to assist us. Thank you Shelly and the staff at New Tacoma Cemetery.
