Our beloved family dog passed on the 11th of February 2024 and I am so grateful for the staff here at Tacoma Mausoleum, especially Angelica. She was so kind and compassionate. The prices for cremation were extremely reasonable and were super quick (I waited 4 days to get her remains back). I will highly suggest anyone who needs these services to come here. I am so grateful to these peoples help during our time of tragedy and need.

Wish I could give negative stars! The place smelled like death, made me sick to my stomach. We were given a container of bleach wipes to briefly inhale to help with the smell. We were not told of a timeline to pick up our loved one's ashes, we cant plan her memorial. We've called and emailed but continue to receive no answer. Saving any amount of money by using their services is absolutely not worth it.

They seemed caring and handled my daughter's cremation relatively well, getting the death certificate on the other hand has been extremely difficult. Saying a week ago I would have it, only to be told another story this week. Communication is NOT their strong suit. They have more stories than DR Seuss!
