My Grandmother and I contacted Edward’s Memorial Funeral Home when her husband passed. They were so helpful, compassionate and easy to work with. They were even able to help send his ashes to a cemetery down in California for us. We were able to get his death certificate from them as well. We would definitely recommend using them.

This was a frustrating, exasperating, and painful experience for me after losing my husband. Somehow, my first inquiry got lost, even though the person with whom I spoke took all my information. I had to call and give information again. There were multiple communication issues. Then there were multiple issues with the paperwork. It was not properly proofread before sending to me several times for my signature. I'm thinking that's part of the job?? Why is the bereaved person having to correct mistakes made by this organization? I finally had to go to the Mortuary in order to sign the paperwork. Even then, there were errors. These are legal documents that I will need in the future to settle my husband's estate. WHY ARE THERE ERRORS ON THEM??? It took them over a month to cremate my husband. I was 15 minutes early to my appointment to pick up the ashes and death certificates. The intern funeral director with whom I had been working did not participate in the appointment she made with me. I only dealt with the receptionist, even though we were there for about an hour. I only ever spoke and interacted with an intern and a receptionist. Why did I not receive the services of a Mortuary Director? Is it because I chose a basic cremation with no add-on services or products? It was evident to me that the intern needed more supervision. I chose Edwards on the basis of my best friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them at this time.

Excellent caring service. All charges and paperwork was helpfully displayed on a huge big screen monitor as we filled it out. Service was fast and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!!
