It has been over 5 weeks since my submission and I still have not received the reimbursement due for a plan that has been in place since the 70's and long been paid for. And after a follow up phone call today, I was asked to resubmit because they cannot find the originally mailed to and signed by them. And finally, I was told the only person able to issue the check due, is out of the office for 10 days and no one else has the ability to handle this? Really? I would strongly consider other options and can only hope that someone else's experience would be much better than mine has.

We have dealt with American Memorial on 4 occasions and we highly recommend them to those people we know. They have been GREAT to deal with. They treat both the deceased and family members with caring and respect.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to have my loved one creamated. These people cared more about the money than my loved one. the Secretary was so nice though.
