With the passing of our grandson, and being from out of town, we had little time and no familiarity with the surrounding area or funeral homes. We ended up after reviewing several places, at Mountcastle and were so blessed with the wonderful care they provided. The staff was kind and compassionate, helped us with every decision and felt as if we had family alongside us through this difficult time. A very reasonably priced package that included so many items that we would have never thought of- thank you cards to those that provided supplies and flowers- remembrance cards- video collages - etc. were included without us ever having to ask. We especially want to thank Jeremy and Brenda for being there at our time of need.

I recently had the loss of my brother and my sister-in-law required your services and everything seemed fine. In this case, my brother had to be repatriated to Mexico, which to this day I do not know how he has been able to complete the complete procedure. Although I understand that it is a long process, at first they only had a long wait and about 15 days ago a Family Member contacted them for which I am very grateful because from now on they began to pay a little more attention to the my brother's process. But even so, whenever my family member speaks on the phone they tell him that the person in charge of this process is not there or that the process has advanced a little but they have not completed anything yet and all this is very difficult since my parents are suffering a lot because This process has taken too long. It should be noted that everything had already been paid so that supposedly the shipment of the body to my country would be faster.

Sarah and the team at Mountcastle Turch made the planning and execution of my father's visitation and funeral flawless. We met with Sarah to pick dates, choose a casket and discuss the events. From there, they took care of everything. It was so nice to be able to experience the day without having to worry about any details. From the casket choice (USMC) to arranging the details with the cemetery, to providing us with customized thank you cards and guest book, to putting our google photos into a lovely slideshow, every detail was taken care of. I am very appreciative of the professionalism and the care that we received.
