We're grateful to the staff at Mount Castle Funeral Home location in woodbridge for their incredible support. After a recent loss in our family, they were truly amazing and kind. During such a difficult time, they provided immense help. Jeremy, in particular, was compassionate and went above and beyond for us. Facing a loss at this age in life was unimaginable, but the Mount Castle team made the grieving process more bearable.

I cannot begin to thank Mountcastle Woodbridge location for all they did with helping with my Mom's services. When my Mom gained her wings I called and Donte Graham answered the phone and that's all it took. He was literally a breath of fresh air. He made sure each and every question was answered and he made sure everything was as perfect as it could possibly be. My Mom deserved nothing but the best and Donte made sure of it. He shared many tears with our family but many laughs as well. The night of my Moms service he quickly jumped in and even helped with my sons ties!! Customer service 5 stars, Donte you rock, thank you for helping lift the burden of loosing my Mom and instead celebrating her in each and every way.

Losing a loved one puts tremendous stress on a family. However, the sensitivity and care we received from the staff of the Woodbridge Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home helped to ease our stress when we lost our loved one, Brian Suggs. Jeremy Blake, our Director showed such professionalism, empathy, and concern , the support given put us at ease, and for this we will always be grateful to him. The service was beautiful and made even more special with the photo displays, the phenomenal DVD and beautiful blanket all of which added a special touch. The memorial service was truly a celebration of Brian’s life. We want to thank Jeremy, Josh Charland and Donte Graham for their assistance which resulted in a beautiful service. Again, our sincere gratitude to Jeremy and staff for their sensitivity and care to our family and for for the amazing and professional service for our beloved son and brother.
